A taste of history
Opened in 1872 by Etienne Singher a confectioner from Saint-Moritz, it has been acquired by Jospeh Miremont in 1880.
It has become famous with the kings of Europe such as King Alphonso XIII of Spain who oftened lunch there, but also H.M King Edward VII of England who also came to have teatime.
